It's ALL about the relationship

Whilst it's about the numbers, it's not about the numbers. Confused? Your numbers are important (obviously, right?), however we're not chasing the number of clients we serve, so that  we can just brag about it to our accountant mates. We develop relationships with our clients over many years, and that means quality over quantity. Our client-base is small and intimate - just how we like it. We're on first name terms with all our clients, and can always match a face to a name. When you call we'll answer the 'phone with a sincere, personal greeting. There's no 'press 1 for reception, press 2 for accounts, blah, blah, blah'. That's always been our philosophy, and always will be.
